For twenty years, LIBRIS has provided a one-day conference designed to provide cutting edge and practical information that can easily be adapted in most library settings. It has also provided a forum for networking and meeting library employees with interests and responsibilities similar to your own. With outstanding presentations and dynamic sponsors, LIBRIS has become an event that engages attendees in unique ways.
Founded as a staff development day, LIBRIS grew into a one-day conference with participation from the sixteen technical colleges, four-year colleges, several private colleges, public libraries, and PASCAL.
The goal of LIBRIS in conducting this conference is to provide an affordable one-day forum for all library personnel. This forum allows attendees to share ideas that will better enable them to carry out the vision and mission of their libraries throughout the Carolinas.
